Francisca Luna Ivars was born in La Linea de la Concepción. She graduated in law at the University of Cadiz and also holds a masters degree in Commercial Law obtained from the same University. She has been a practising lawyer since 1989 and until 2005 was based in the city of Cadiz where she specialised in Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law and ran her own legal practice.

Francisca is an acknowledged expert in matrimonial law and has been secretary of the Family Rights Commission of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Cadiz since 1999. She is also an experienced commercial litigation lawyer and is highly regarded amongst her peers. She lived for two years in the United States, where she studied Computer Assisted Small Business Management.

In July 2013 she finished a Mortgage Mediation course and she is currently studying a Masters in Civil and Commercial Mediation.

Francisca joined Triay Spain in 2006- June 2014 upon which she has started her new law firm in November 2014.

Andrés was born in Bilbao (Vizcaya) in 1976 and studied Law and Economics at Deusto University, graduating in the year 2000.

Following his vocation to become a lawyer with an international profile, he moved to Hamburg, Germany, where he lived for five years. There he took his first steps in his professional career working at a law firm as well as in the legal department of a shipping company.

Once he achieved his goal in Germany, he moved to the Costa del Sol (Málaga), where he continued working as a lawyer registered at the Bar Association of Malaga since 2006.

After several years providing legal services through two prestigious law firms of Marbella, in 2010 he founded his own law firm, Ellacuria & Asociados, which collaborates with other law firms including Amber Law (Gibraltar) and Luna Law Abogados (Sotogrande, San Roque, Cádiz).

Amber read law at the University of the West of England, Bristol and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, London. She was called to the London Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 1998 and to the Gibraltar Bar in 1999. In 2002 she read her Masters Degree in Law at Bristol University. On returning to Gibraltar she became Senior Associate at Triay & Triay, a post she held for almost 7 years, followed by 3 years with Stephen Bullock & Co.

During her time on the Rock, Amber has represented clients before the Magistrates Court, Supreme Court and Industrial Tribunal. Her experience includes acting as junior counsel in two local murder cases (one of domestic violence), winning a landmark case of clinical negligence against the GHA and the first sex discrimination case held on the Rock since the 1980's in the Industrial Tribunal for compensation for a pregnancy related dismissal.
