Andrés was born in Bilbao (Vizcaya) in 1976 and studied Law and Economics at Deusto University, graduating in the year 2000.
Following his vocation to become a lawyer with an international profile, he moved to Hamburg, Germany, where he lived for five years. There he took his first steps in his professional career working at a law firm as well as in the legal department of a shipping company.
Once he achieved his goal in Germany, he moved to the Costa del Sol (Málaga), where he continued working as a lawyer registered at the Bar Association of Malaga since 2006.
After several years providing legal services through two prestigious law firms of Marbella, in 2010 he founded his own law firm, Ellacuria & Asociados, which collaborates with other law firms including Amber Law (Gibraltar) and Luna Law Abogados (Sotogrande, San Roque, Cádiz).
In his academic training, he took part in different courses offered by the Málaga Bar Assotiation, among which includes the School of Legal Practice and obtaining the Professional Quality Certificate.
His areas of expertise are Civil Law, Contracts, Property, Leases, Inheritance, Conveyancing, and Criminal Law; assisting his clients in Spanish, German, English, Russian and Lithuanian.
